DETAIL

I studied under Master Liangyang Shao, deeply inspired and guided by his teachings. Through this journey, I came to understand Master Shao’s profound philosophy of "Heritage and Innovation" in ceramics and have integrated this vision into my own creative process.

I hope that my works are not merely tea bowls but vessels that carry artistic emotions and cultural depth. By incorporating multiple glazing techniques such as Purple Jun (紫鈞), Ice Crackle (冰裂), and Shadow Celadon (影青), each tea bowl resembles an exquisite landscape painting. The delicate crackles and flowing glaze seem to capture the essence of nature, reflecting the rhythm of heaven and earth. From a distance, the tea bowl exudes a sense of calm and understated elegance—its surface smooth and warm like jade, evoking a tranquil sanctuary. Such a tea bowl invites people to slow down, savor life, and immerse themselves in the art of tea.
