My works are a product of teamwork. Fired in a wood-fired kiln, it's the culmination of the grit, mind, and soul of many, many people. The blending of the earth, fire, and ash yields an aura that cannot be described with words alone, so I will simply express my gratefulness to- wards the gods for it. A piece of art is shaped by various different forces, and these emotions and feelings of gratitude is the reason why I love pottery.
