For my Chawans I was creating for the 2nd Taiwan International Chawan Festival I was choosing English porcelain, pure and light.
This delicate material allows to express different gentle structures, it seems to be predestined to manifest the joy of drinking tea. The contrasting colour of the pinkish glossy glace with the uncovered white body is somewhat surprising and pleasant likewise.
In my perception this optical expression makes visible the soothing effect of drinking tea, ex- hilarating and equally deeply connecting us to the earth and her mysterious ability to help sus- tain human health.
這次在第二屆臺灣國際茶碗節所展出的茶碗，我選用的是英國瓷土，純潔又輕盈。
如此細緻精巧的材料能夠表現各種柔和結構，似乎注定用來傳達飲茶的樂趣。而閃著粉紅光 澤的釉面與素面的白色杯身所形成的對比，讓人感到既驚喜又愉快。
我認為這樣的呈現彷彿把喝茶的舒緩效果視覺化，讓人感到振奮，也同時將我們和腳下的地 球，與其協助人們維持健康的神秘力量之間形成深刻的連結。
