The creation of Swanica’s ceramic art expresses her close connection to Mother Nature and meaning of life and search for harmony. The forms are shaped in a unique form thrown on a wheel and transformed by adding lines. It radiates a palette of powerful warm earthenware colors by using the alternative Raku firing techniques of the burning of horsehair and fuming of ferric chloride and expresses the elegance and harmony of nature through her abstract designs, the interplay between line and form, and surface treatment. It conveys to the spectator the unexpected that all of us will encounter on our journeys. The colored glazes will give color to your life.
