About the Ensemble
Formed by Chairman Su Sheng-Chuan together with several distinguished musicians, the Su-Vira Ensemble presents a musical style that traverses classical, pop, jazz, and world music. By blending diverse musical elements, the group creates a distinctive sound that embodies both richness and innovation, offering audiences a unique and captivating listening experience.
After retiring, Chairman Su Sheng-Chuan founded the Suvela Orchestra and devoted himself to learning ten different musical instruments. He later established Vesuvela Manor, a scenic estate renowned for its majestic bald cypress trees. Nestled in Sanwan, Miaoli, the manor has become a hidden gem for those seeking the quiet beauty of Taiwan’s bald cypress landscapes.
