The art of ceramic mending is a refined craft of “restoring the old as old,” where artisans reconstruct the original form from fragments with keen historical knowledge and delicate technique.

In this session, you will learn about the tradition of ceramic mending and personally experience the craft by applying decorative foil to a porcelain cup.
