1. Ancient Tree White Tea “Silver Buds”
Origin: Yongde, Lincang (300-year-old ancient tea trees · single bud)
Crafted with traditional pure sun-drying techniques. The tender buds are full of vitality, producing a clear and refreshing liquor.
The tea flows smoothly like a spring, ideal for slow and mindful sipping.
Benefits: Harmonizes the lung meridian, calms the heart, replenishes qi, soothes the spirit, and supports restful sleep.
2. Ancient Tree “Wood-Transformed” Tea “Dan”
Origin: Shuangjiang, Lincang (one bud with two to three leaves)
Produced with the “hundred flowers and herbs” craft, giving the tea a steady, mellow body enriched with floral and herbal notes.
Best suited for high-temperature steeping.
Benefits: Strengthens the spleen and stomach, opens the throat chakra, warms and nourishes the body.
Course Content
From raw material selection to traditional processing methods, participants will learn the essentials of tea brewing: awakening the tea, cultivating mindfulness, and using high-heat steeping to bring out full aroma and flavor. The tasting is combined with meridian wellness practice, allowing participants to experience how different tea energies and fragrances activate the lungs, regulate the digestive system, and bring harmony to body and mind.
Fee: NT$800 / person (includes a complimentary tea sample worth NT$300: choice of Silver Buds or Dan)
