Incense Ceremony Sharing Session
Incense not only delights the senses and nurtures body and mind, but also dispels negativity, supports healing, and nourishes the spirit. During the Dragon Boat Festival, it has long been a custom in Chinese folk tradition to hang sachets and wear mugwort for protection.
Humanity’s love for fragrance is innate. Incense, in its subtle joy, awakens spiritual awareness—regulating breath, opening the senses, harmonizing body and mind—its benefits are boundless.
During the Song dynasty, when incense culture flourished, the use of incense became an indispensable part of daily life, embodying the pursuit of beauty and refinement. Traces of incense could be found everywhere in everyday living.
