Guang-Ming Hu is a senior collector from Hong Kong with a deep passion for tea art. In his early years, he focused on collecting Chinese Yixing Teapot and antique porcelain tea ware. In recent years, he has become enamored with studying iron kettles from Southern Japan and vintage tea utensils.
He frequently travels between Hong Kong and Japan, visiting renowned kettle artisans. He founded the "Japanese Iron Kettle Research Society" and established the store " Tea Treasures" which is the largest store in Hong Kong specializing in collecting and selling Southern Japan iron kettles. Due to his profound research on Southern Japan iron kettles, he is often invited to give lectures and is widely praised for his insightful perspectives.
