Ancient tree tea originates from its birthplace in Yunnan, and it is a type of aged fermented tea. The tea leaves are processed using traditional methods, retaining the original strains of microorganisms from the place of origin. After aging over time, the tea acquires a unique taste with rich sweetness and a robust character.
Reviving ancient methods, the tea leaves are harvested from ancient tea trees aged over 300 years in Yunnan's pristine forests. The plucking mainly includes the first bud and two leaves of the spring harvest, following the traditional sun-drying process to create premium ancient-style tribute tea.
Combining the essence of heaven, earth, and humanity, grown in the pristine ecology of ancient tea trees, the tea undergoes professional harvesting and tea-making processes. Coupled with aging and proper brewing techniques, the essence of heaven, earth, and humanity converge in the tea, giving a smooth and invigorating taste that warms the body and expels cold and dampness, achieving the effect of preventing wind and cold diseases.
About the Ancient Tree Tea Master: Shen Shan Ren (Hong Jin), born in 1971,
is a professional painters and researchers dedicated to the study and promotion of ancient tea trees.
